Agavos Group
Tyler, the founder of Agavos Group, is a product/manufacturing engineer by training and trade. With over half a decade of experience in the field as a technical manager, he decided that finding quality candidates for growing structural engineering firms and solar developers was a new path he wanted to pursue.

He realized through his years of experience hiring engineers for successful teams, that there were a lot more energetic and passionate candidates available than most businesses believed. Tyler has a strong belief that many candidates are more desirable than they think, and with the right training, they can find long-lasting careers in a variety of industries.

Agavos Group was founded with two critical goals in mind: Placing quality candidates in technical roles and help aspiring young professionals find the success they are looking for.
Our Team
Tyler graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor's Degree in Materials Engineering. From there Tyler went on to work with a number of companies as a Manufacturing and Quality Control Engineer. After finding success at these companies, Tyler made the decision to go into a more sustainable field by becoming a Product Development Engineer for a solar racking company.

From here, Tyler was able to grow and was promoted to the role of Product Development Manager. He took a team of 3 Product Development Engineers and built it into an international team of 12 engineers over a period of 4 years. During this time, Tyler learned the critical skills required to find superior talent for technical teams, which he has effectively transferred over to Agavos Group, LLC.
