What does Agavos Group do?Most job board listings don’t end in a great match, so I created a network that pairs great talent with amazing companies in the solar industry. I help growing solar developers, EPCs, and engineering firms find ambitious candidates for their roles in engineering, design, or management. I have helped over 30 people find jobs they love while doing work they care about for compensation that makes them feel appreciated.

Why should I use a recruiting agency?Most of our clients work with us because they are dealing with the following problem: They want to grow their business, but they can't do that without amazing talent. It can take a lot of time to fill a position internally. The "post and pray" method is no longer feasible. Like you, I'm frustrated by the lack of available engineers in the market. Nobody should have to experience the pain from turning great customers away due to lack of resources. I have helped over 30 people find jobs they love while doing work they care about for compensation that makes them feel appreciated. How does the recruiting process work?We'll set up a FREE 30-minute meeting to review your talent acquisition plan. I'll learn exactly what your needs are. I'll show you how I can help grow your team, walk you through my process, and send over the Recruiting Agreement. I'll then meet with the hiring manager for the role. We will define exactly what skills this candidate must have. I'll work with you until we find the right candidate for the open role. Agavos Group will interview every candidate before any suggestions are made. Once the options have been reduced to the best of the best, we'll reach out to you to schedule either an in-person, video conference, or phone interview. Once the candidate is hired the invoice will be sent out. If no candidate is chosen, no invoice will be submitted.

How quickly does the recruiting process take?This will vary based on your needs. If we have a quality match in our network, we could have an interview scheduled for the same week. In general, it usually takes 3 - 8 weeks to find a few candidates that meet our client's needs. Although, this can vary from position to position. If you have expedited needs, please let us know and we will see what we can do.
