3. I'll then meet with the hiring manager for the role. We will define exactly what skills this candidate must have.

4. I'll work with you until we find the right candidate for the open role.

Agavos Group will interview every candidate before any suggestions are made. Once the options have been reduced to the best of the best, we'll reach out to you to schedule either an in-person, video conference, or phone interview.

Once the candidate is hired the invoice will be sent out. If no candidate is chosen, no invoice will be submitted.

This will vary based on your needs. If we have a quality match in our network, we could have an interview scheduled for the same week.

In general, it usually takes 3 - 8 weeks to find a few candidates that meet our client's needs. Although, this can vary from position to position.
